My husband and I, who live in Idaho, were in desperate need of assistance arranging air travel for our 85-year-old father, who needed to be relocated, from Colorado. We contacted GOMO Travel as a referral by our assisted living placement agent. There were numerous challenges to overcome, and everything had to happen on a tight timeline—right around the holiday weekend. On Tuesday morning, I called GOMO Travel to inquire about the logistics, timing, cost, and overall process. Melissa answered the phone and immediately put us at ease. She walked us through every detail and quickly began the search for an available travel nurse, despite the complicated timing. In less than two hours, Melissa called back to let us know she had found a nurse who could travel on either of the two days we had requested. Just a few hours after that—before the day was even over—she had secured everything: airline tickets with seats together, transportation to the airport, and communication with all parties involved to make the travel as smooth as possible. Melissa maintained constant communication with us via phone and text, from the moment we first connected until the nurse personally confirmed our father's safe arrival. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel like family and showed genuine care and concern for our father's well-being. Thanks to Melissa and the team at GOMO Travel, what could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation was handled with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. GOMO travel made it possible for us to move my dad from FL to MI after suffering a massive stroke. We couldn’t have done it without them, and we are so grateful to have our dad back near family. Even with some travel day challenges the trip went as smoothly as it could.

My husband and I had a fantastic vacation in Montreal, Canada. We couldn't have done it without GOMO Travel. Our travel companion, Carol, was wonderful. She was there to help us with mobility issues and support us in any way needed. Knowing Carol was there to support us gave us the confidence to take the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed having her company as we explored the city, and she was very attentive to our needs. GOMO was very flexible in adapting travel plans to get us to Montreal, and paying attention to all the details. We highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend the team at Gomo Travel. Randy and Melisa were extra helpful in building us a proper quote and getting everything prepared. The travel nurse, Amber, gave us frequent updates on the day of travel and did a wonderful job getting our Dad from Florida to Texas. For the price of this type of service I feel that Gomo provided a great value and went above and beyond expectations.

I had to relocate my 86 year old uncle From a facility in Washington DC to Texas so that I could better care for him. GOMO made the process seamless. Coordinated with the facilities at both ends arranged pickup and drop off as well as the airfare. I barely had to lift a finger. Amber, our travel nurse was fantastic. overall, this was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend GOMO if you have to help your loved ones travel.

A truly professional travel service! My mother who is 91 recently broke her pelvic and suffered a stroke. Add being diabetic and not very mobile. We wanted to move her from Florida to Virginia to be near us. GOMO on very short notice submitted her documentation for TSA passenger support, secured her ticket and a travel companion. Arranged car service from the airport to ALF. I could not imagine doing this any differently. They also did the coordination and scheduling with her rehab center.

I had to relocate my 85 year old Aunt with dementia from Suffolk NY to Tampa Fl and I used GOMO travel to help us with this process. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to assist my Aunt and get her to her new home. From the very beginning they where helpful and compassionate to our needs. They understood the possible issues someone with dementia may cause during a long plane ride, as well as my aunt had an old license but without Real ID. They had a plan and gave us the itinerary which include car service and flight info. Traci who was my aunt's companion for the trip was excellent and she kept in contact with us every step of the way even texted us pictures that had my aunt smiling through the entire journey. They got my Aunt to the new Memory Care facility before noon that day and she was happy and in good spirits. If you need to move a loved one with dementia or alzheimers go with GOMO Travel. From the start you will feel confident that they care about your loved one, and know what needs to be done to get them to a new destination. Melissa was great helping to put the plan in place. You can't go wrong using GOMO and I can't thank them enough!

What a great company. My son was in Vail Colorado and had to get to Los Angeles ASAP for surgery. Melissa at GOMO, within a matter of an hour arranged for a nurse (Sharon) to get to Vail and accompany my son to Los Angeles. Everything was arranged from getting the airline tickets and coordinating my son's travel. Sharon was great-compassionate and caring. We were advised of the status at all times including receiving an email from the owner of the company. What a great company. I hope I never need to use services like GOMO again but should something ever happen they would be the one and only place I would go. Thanks again GOMO!!!!

Thank you to Travel Nurse Jessica, Owner Kerri Johnson, and GOMO Travel, LLC for a fantastic and stress-free move for my mother from Dallas, TX to Seattle, WA! Every step of the way was easy and communication was excellent. We knew the travel schedule well in advance. During the trip photos and text updates were sent every few hours. This gave us peace of mind, and security that Mom was well cared for and treated with respect. I highly recommend their specialty services to anyone with a loved one of any age who is medically fragile, has dementia, a special need, or just needs that little bit of extra assistance when traveling!
